I'm not sure on the measurements of the collar itself.. BUT, I have 3 cats of various sizes..
13lbs, 10lbs, and 8lbs.. the collars were easy to adjust to fit each of them correctly and safely. UNFORTUNATELY they are the break away collars (which is important for your pets safety) and my 2 boy cats are always helping each other take their collars off .. and then they hide them.

What is the adujstable size for the small?

About 8-15 inches.

I have a dachshund that is 19 lbs. What size collar do I need to buy for her?

Please measure your dog's neck and compare it with our sizing chart. Dachshund can be regular and miniature in size. If yours is regular dachshund, the small size should be fine. But please do measure and double check with our sizing guide before you purchase. Thank you.
